The guy with the question about his man parts is pretty good too. lol

I have had a lot of people ask if I've found the fountain of youth in the last few weeks! I did cut my hair though...

Wow! You look great!

Have you tried to C25K? It's a program where you run 3 times a week for 9 weeks (I think?) and you build up your stamina a little with each run. By week 9 you're running 30 mins straight. Also, you might want to try running a little slower. I've been running for about 6 months and if I try to go too fast I feel breathless…

Congratulations! That is AMAZING!!!

Wow! Ketlebell workouts are so big right now, I'm surprised that there are no takers! :(

I wear a normal everyday underwire under a snug wireless sports bra.

My kids are 8 years old and 20 months. My daughter rides her bike while I run but I can only exercise when my son is sleeping or otherwise occupied. lol Could you get a kid's workout DVD and do it along with them?

That's awesome! I've tried and tried but I never get past about Day 3 of Level 2. I just don't enjoy it. Way to go! You have every right to be proud of yourself!

Cool! Thanks. It's pretty close to what I programmed my HRM to based on my experience since I started using it. Thanks again!

I've started 30 Day Shred sooo many times and I never finish it. It's just not enjoyable. lol

I think it depends on the person. For me it's about 80% diet, 20% exercise. If I exercise and don't eat well then I don't lose. If I eat well, I lose a bit but if I eat well and exercise I'm golden :)

Can't figure out how to post a pic so nevermind... lol

I wear my Polar FT4 to work out only.

Wow! You look AMAZING! Great job!!!

I'm so bony now! My kids can't comfortably cuddle with me anymore :( Plus, I'm always cold and I look like a deflated balloon when I'm naked.

Almost! I'm 31, 5'5" started out at 247... but I currently weigh 146 :)

I never used to eat my exercise calories and I wasn't losing any weight. When I started to eat them I lost 4lbs in 2 weeks... I really can't figure it out. I figure if I'm only eating 1230 calories (my base amount) and burning 500 through exercise then my body is going to go into starvation mode so I aim for 1230 Net each…

bump for suggestions please

I'm 5'5 and I was probably about 200lbs when I was in a 16.

Hmm, so more potassium and a foam roller. I've been coveting a foam roller since I started running so this just furthers my cause! Thanks everyone!

I get this all the time and it pisses me off! I've lost 80lbs in the last 14 months in a healthy way and I want to lose a few more pounds for me. As it stands I'm within the healthy range on the BMI but JUST barely! How can that possibly be too skinny? it's pretty annoying. My goal from the get go was to be healthy. I am…

I have a couple of Kettlebell DVDs and I was surprised when I got my new HRM that I wasn't burning as many calories as I had thought. I am 5'5" and 150lbs and according to my Polar FT4 I only burned 200 calories for 30 minutes of Brook Benten's Kettlebody by Brooke: KettleBell Cardio and 100 calories for 20 minutes of KB…

Before I had kids I was a 7.5, then went up 1/2 a size with each baby (3). When I started losing weight I was a 9 and now I'm back down to a 7.5-8 after losing 80+lbs. Crazy! i was getting dressed for my Christmas party at the office and I had to wear my "day time shoes" with my dress because the shoes that I brought kept…

To me it depends what you're looking for. If you want a high impact "no pain no gain" then 30 Day Shred is great BUT if you're looking for something that's effective but won't make you feel like you want to die then try Ellen Barett's Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates or Crunch: Burn & Firm Pilates. It's a cardio workout but you…

You look AMAZING! Congratulations!

Could you use this and add the calories burned "carrying infant" and "walking" together? It would obviously just eb an estimate since a 30lb toddler is hardly an infant... but it's a start, right? http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

I did Brook Benten's KettleBell Butts and Guts (Fast Track) which is 32 minutes and I burned only 200 calories according to my Polar FT4. I currently weigh 150lbs. I thought it would be a lot more than that but I apparently spent very little time (8 minutes I think)in my target heart rate zone which brought the calories…
