Up until recently, i had little problem getting my heart rate up so i'd be burning about 10 cals a minute (so 500-600 cals in an hour's workout). So--just curious--anyone doing anything special or have any tips to reach the 3500 goal? I didn't think i'd have to do anything special but i'm finding that i'm just. not. getting. up. early enough to get that 600 cals at the gym (i really need to have one day off or i'll go crazy)...so to make up the difference i pack up…

Anyone taken too long a break between stages and come back to finish the program? Did you try and pick up where you left off or start all over? I left off btw phases 2 and 3 and am super frustrated b/c i hated 2 and don't want to do it again :).

Just finished phase 2! Thank goodness, i was not a fan of it :). I also let a couple of weeks lapse before the very last workout. Debated starting over but i was able to pick up at the point where i left off. At what point do you start over, i wonder?

Actually, my 20yr old body can stay where it is :). We're not identical but close. 5'4 34 yo CW 155 GW a smidge under 130 (just to see 128 even if for a day :)) Female body type: total apple. no muscle.

I know what you mean about the lateral flexion! Hmm...I kind of wish the exercises described the body parts that are targeted. Sometimes it's obvious. The lateral flexion is one where it isn't so much. Is it a stretch? :) Oh well. Sore today! Hope you feel better.

One workout away from being done with stage 1. So far, ok. I love that it's less than 30 mins (maybe i fudge the rest periods a little)...other than the first few workouts though, not sore. Hmmm...gotta push myself more, i guess. I think I do. I just really really hate "the burn." :)

ugh...weekends kill me too. The only way i've been able to do ok is by having a nice long workout in the a.m. That hasn't happened too consistently though. Maybe i'll look for a "stick to your calories on weekends" group/challenge on the boards. :). My goal would be to weigh the same on monday as I do on friday. :)

4/1--158 4/8--156 4/15--155.6 :/ i was pretty good with the exercising and eating but that all probably went to offset last weekend. Hopefully things will even out by next week.
