Cheese. I tried low-fat once and it just wasn't the same.

Since being on MFP, I've started drinking coffee. Mind you, I drink it with milk and sugar but I still have 1-2 cups a day. Dropping the cream was good. If you like the splenda, keep enjoying your coffee.

I prelog breakfast and lunch and then log as I go for the rest since I tend to get off track otherwise.

I have a weight watchers digital scale. I weigh myself in the same spot and it's pretty consistent. I keep it out of the bathroom in case steam from the shower could interfere with its accuracy.

I keep a fruit bowl on my desk. I also have greek yogurt in the fridge. If I'm extra hungry I will eat a spoonful of peanut butter for a quick fix.

In my personal experience, I gained some muscle, but not a lot.

I coat the outside with paprika, and a bit of salt and pepper. Sometimes I tuck garlic cloves under the skin.

Chocolate made in Britain or Switzerland. Even Cadbury chocolate is better in Britain. My current, easily obtainable favourite is Lindt.

Why not get one item that does it all? The Garmin Forerunner 15 has an HRM + counts steps and tracks running (if that's your thing). I'm sure there are other options if you look.

I agree, make a side by side picture of a before and now. Chances are you will be surprised at the difference. Focus on your accomplishments, not what you still have to do.
