Don't think of food as being bad or evil...not all the time anyway. BBQ's are ok - eat in moderation. & if you must over indulge, personally i think its ok as long as you get back on track the next day. When you are there, don't eat for the sake of eating. I love my bananas with breakfast & used to easily have 2 a day (including 1 at snack time) but realized how high in sugar and calories they are. So unless you're not bothered with sugar macros bit being over, enjoy!

i do not think you necessarily need to eat them back. eat them back if you are hungry rather than just coz they are there. there may be days you are ravenous & others you aren't. remember you can manually edit the calorie intake as you need to suit you. the system may generate an allowance but it doesn't always suit the…

thanks. i do too watch both & was recently stressing about the continually over the allowance level of sugar. like today, just from having some fruit & greek yoghurt - it's over...really WTH? but sodium I watch because i personally worry about developing hypertension.

funny this is exactly what i was telling myself last night when i ran week 6 day 1 - i thought i've managed to jog 20mins non stop - 8mins is just a matter or not even thinking about it. needless to say i ran 5mins and it was over before i knew it.

liked the pep talk and adjusting speed...think ill be doing more of that in the next couple of days. Did Week 5 day 1 yesterday with a buggy in tow and i felt like i was going to be ill.. I've ditched the buggy for the next 2 runs - panic not people the baby and buggy will be safely at home with hubby kikiki

a friend who did C25K & has subsequently run 1/2 marathons and got me onto C25K advised me not to repeat days and just move onto the next 1. of course being the determined me i am i have repeated 2 days, once in week 1 and once in week 4. gave me a boost in confidence so in a nut shell - keep trying

So between ill health and other commitments i got stuck at Week 4 Day 2....10days ago... :( I shall be redoing week 4...purely for my confidence building..
