For me, I downloaded some millitary cadence songs. You can find all different varieties. They motivate me, keep me at a perfect pace and if you listen to the words they will drive you! ie; aint no sense in lookin down... 1mile no good, 2miles gettin better... I love PT, feel good, look good PT PT every day, etc etc etc

I don't know how you transition your speed when slowing down and speeding up but, you may want to try gradually increasing/decreasing your speed too. I know when I suddenly stop something I get a little jerky. Like slammin on the brakes or hittin the gas.

I like to call it a treat day not a cheat day. I'll treat myself to some ice cream, or chips or pizza. I don't pig out all day, I still change my underwear, shower exercise... I just try not to feel stuck or forced to eat perfect. I try to like it. If your honest with yourself you'll know when you should grab the treat.

The best thing to do is check out some utube videos. It's real important to have perfect form when you do the exercise. It's more important than doing more/longer! Besides that, The best exercises are still push-ups, SQUATS!!, dips, crunches and stretching.

Coco_Puff is right. Man, if you keep that up your either gonna quit, get sick or die! If you take out the 1k cal you need just to idle that only leaves you with 200 for the real stuff.
