yea i guess im just going to have to wait it out and see what happens. I just get discouraged when all progress I have been making stops.

I try to eat around 40 grams carbs a day. For me I feel better when I eat low carb. When I dont I feel tired and get headaches after I eat so I suspect blood sugar issues. I feel wonderful when Im on a low carb diet.
