  • Thanks for the great advice. I do see the changes, but it seems shining through badly on my cheeks and my arms / legs. I love this lifestyle though, so I won't change it. I'm happy with eating salad and meat as a primary. Kangaroo is fantastic, wish I could live from that :)

  • I can't beat you at all! My back is, well, a bit fatter, but my belly is smaller and more... Well... sloppy. I hate it so much. I wish for it to be muscular as the rest of me. Thanks for your respond and the great pics.

  • This is me, I only use mascara - if men dislikes me for not using tons of makeup, they are not worth it.. I use mascara because I'm blond, therefore my eyelashes are VERY light and not noticeable... Otherwise, I never apply makeup.
  • I'm addicted to caffeine as well, but I only get it through black coffee and "Well" bottles :) both has low amount of calories. A cup of coffee is under 2cal... Ofc it's a problem if you dislike coffee, but then I would really recommend "Vitamin Well Focus".. Has caffein AND taste good.
  • It's really about your activity niveau as well. I'm heavier than you and also I'm not all that active during the day. My calorie goal is 1430 (net) ... It works fine for me, tbh I can't eat MORE than that, unless I stuff in snacks and other unhealthy stuff. Check your activity level and so on.
  • It's never too late. Is you already noticed, you ate the wrong kind of stuff in the morning. If you can't get eggs or tuna - eat alot of fibers. Dark bread fx... Try to eat slower, usually helps me a great deal. If I eat candy I start off by looking at it's calories - that usually makes me put it away. I have a strict diet…
