Thanks everyone for the feedback. I do have the balance board for the wii fit as well. It sounds like the dvd's and the zumba fitness for the wii are both good choices. I may just have to break down and buy both. Thanks for all your help!!!

I have been to one class and loved it, but can't find a class available when I am available. I plan to either buy DVD's or Zumba for my WII. Which one would you prefer? Which is more fun? Which gives you a better work out? Thanks in advance for your help!

I am the same way. If there is food in front of me, I eat. It doesn't matter if I am hungry or not. I am 5'3" and I weigh 213. I mainly wear 16, but I do have a pair of 14 dress pants I still wear. I do carry most of my weight in my lower body and my arms as well. I just started my diet and this website and I am hoping for good results.
