i do backwards squat ... touch toes, bum down to squat then arms above head and hold in squat position then push back up thru heels keeping arms up .... can't remember where i found it..youtube i think. one of those things i can do while brushing teeth, making dinner etc...also hindi squats (yoga) have helped me

go for it! started w/ 100+ to lose and it's not stopping me from lifting heavy stuff and it's fun! much more effective for me than plodding away on a treadmill. body pump was my jumping off point...gave me confidence and technique. and a great trainer who go me going.
