i do body balance which incorporates yoga poses along with tai chi and pilates and i love it! I've got 100+ to shift and sometimes my belly and boobs get in the way but overall it's no problem...i have improved dramatically, i'm flexible and fit and my core has gotten really strong. I love the contrast to the other classes…

there are loads of us out here - i occasionally enjoy a drink but . I've always been like this and just kind of ignore all the silly questions - i made a bunch of friends at uni who were similar and we had loads of fun without getting caught up in the whole drinking culture yet still were part of the social scene and had a…

i've got the rcx5...all singing all dancing and love it even tho i'm no athlete. it's pricey but i love being able to download all HRM and GPS stuff - the full data set is saved not just the average stats for each workout. Otherwise i'd consider the ft60 - GPS sensor can be added if you do running, cycling etc - or ft80…

new rules of lifting for women (NRL4W) loads of groups on here Jillian Michaels dvds bellydancing with your weights :) make it more of a workout...gymnasts do it - then when they do their routines without it's so graceful

i've been doing body pump for ages and kind of gone as heavy as i can with it, but it's given me the confidence to lift stuff and to have good form and know the moves. So thru MFP have discovered NRL4W and really enjoying it...so moved out of the studio and into the free weights section:)

i was advised to keep exercising when ill - but only if it's above the heart - so if you've got bronchitis or nasty cough take a break, but with a cold/flu do something but really gently - don't push yourself to your normal rate. I find it works for me just keeping up the routine so when i'm better i don't give up again
-
Amazon! Jillian Michaels of America's biggest loser! tough - she doesn't sweet talk or let you make any excuses. love her. and she looks great
-
i go with HRM which is always considerably less than machine readings and almost half of what MFP suggests. I figure i'd rather be underestimating, tho i feel the HRM must be most representative
-
@jenny - your eyes....amazing - beautiful and really look like they are smiling
