Have added you. I'm impressed just that you did the GNR, I'd love to be able to do that one day! I'm sure your performance will improve soon enough doing 2-3 runs a week. I'm also aiming to do 3 runs a week.

I put on weight in the first couple weeks of gamma then it fell off again. I think maybe it was retained water from increasing the intensity of the workout? I love T25, I'm starting my second round of gamma tonight :)

Yes, me! Although my little boy is 17 months now lol I started as soon as I stopped breastfeeding 6 months ago. I was just under 12 stone and today I am 10st 6lbs. I want to get down to 10st and then see if I feel like I need to lose a little bit more. Add me for moral support if you like, I'm always active on here.

I wish I hadn't cheated on mfp when I tried it earlier on this year. Anything "naughty" that I wanted to eat I just didn't bother logging in mfp....then I wondered why I didn't lose any weight! If I'd just been honest with myself, logged everything and stuck within my calories I could have been almost at goal by now.

When you say "active" are we talking active as in on this site every day or active as in must be at least doing a 10 mile hike across the moors before breakfast every day? I'm not so good at the second one...

LOL this would totally be me if I ever tried to cut out carbs! I just can't sustain a diet where I have to completely cut out something. To me, a life without potatoes, pasta and pizza would not be worth living

Shopping for lots of tight-fitting new clothes. Especially things like pencil skirts with tops that tuck in for the office. Then I'm going to wear skinny jeans with high heels without looking like a hippo on stilts

I like prelog my whole day too, usually with the sole purpose of being able to factor in a sweet treat for after my evening meal! Must admit I don't tend to worry too much about my macros though. Add me if you like, I'm new here and don't have very many buddies yet. I've got about 15-20lbs to lose.
