Iβm a little confused, can one of you help. So, I did a body scan at my gym yesterday (first time). My basal metabolic rate is 1193. Iβve been eating 1,200 calories, and as you guys have seenβ¦ some weeks I lose, some weeks I gain, and when I lose, itβs very little (a couple oz). So my understanding is that you have to cutβ¦

How do you find out your body fat %? They have a special machine at my gym, but you can only use it 2x per year. If I could do it more often, that would be awesome!
