  • Yup- been there more than once. (I enjoyed my summer and managed to put on 8-10 pounds, it is coming back off again.) You can regain control. Take it slowly. Make small changes. Move more, it doesn't have to be intense exercise, just move. Log what you eat, take responsibility for it and DON'T GIVE UP!
