Could be water weight. Eat healthy with no alcohol for 2 days and you may see it gone. If you are questioning if you are an alcoholic...maybe you should cut back a bit. I felt the same way when I was drinking heavy 5-6 days of the week.

On pretty days...go for walks in the sun. Or rain if you prefer that. :) Maybe vitamin B12 will help a bit.

Workouts: HIIT Cardio and lifting as heavy as I can Food: Eating small amounts frequently. Love carbs in the morning and low carb the rest of the day. Stop eating before 7 pm. Bananas fill me up well for a snack.

I watch the salt mostly for bloating purposes. I intake 1k - 2.5k mg a day with no adding of salt to things. It's been about 10 years now, and I prefer less salty foods. I would only log it if you are like...intensely cleaning. Like working up a real sweat and doing more than the daily stuff. I logged my cleaning cals the other day because it was a full scale onslaught on the entire home.

Great job!! There are so many ways to reach your goals. When I was at my highest weight, I also only cut calories and moderated. Now that I'm smaller I've found that it takes much longer to lose weight by calorie counting alone. If anyone here gets to that point...I've found that just 2-3 days of 20 minute HIIT routines…

You could probably throw in 2-3 HIIT sessions on the treadmill (or outdoors) before you lift weights. I hate cardio as well...so I just alternate sprinting and a slow jog. Even 10 minutes of high intensity should help health wise and BF% too.
