*Friend* :) Maybe you could try HIIT (High intensity Interval training). Get on the treadmill for a moderate pace and then sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds to a minute. Then jog or walk moderately for another minute to 3 minutes. Repeat. This usually helps me get past hurdles. You can do similar intervals with jump…
