I had my surgery about 6 years ago....I went from a 48 double I to a 44B Best thing I ever did for myself....I could not lay on my back because I felt like I had this huge weight on my neck...They look a total of 8 lbs. I would do it again!!!!!! Edited for recovery. My recovery was good...I have a low tolerance for pain…

Banana's are high in carbs because they contain a lot of natural sugar....Try greek yogurt without fruit....also cottage cheese. You could add grilled chicken to your salads.

I have a polar too! I was totally against getting one with a chest strap too but mine fits nicely and I forget I am wearing it :)

You're right MFP way over estimates!!!! I like my Polar I got it on Amazon far cheaper than a sporting goods store and free shipping!!!!

IMO I say keep doing the exercise your doing...but increase your protein and reduce your carbs! 8 pounds the 1st week is great...also drink as much H2O as you can.

I have the Polar FT7 as well....I love it! I am big too and it fits me well and is comfortable. While it would be nice to have the gps monitor I didn't want to spend that much. I bought mine on Amazon about 20 dollars cheaper than a Sporting store!

Hi....I would start by just walking and get some hand weights....Also, I am not a pro at this my self but it sounds like you are not eating enough.....You should set goals to lose no more than 1 or 2 lbs at most a week....I have close to 100 lbs to lose and my calories are at 1700. just my opinion! Good luck!!!

Hi, No they are not even close to being accurate.....I have bought a HRM (polar) and found that using the elliptical I burn about 200 calories ...MFP will give me 600+ calories!

I've done the 30 DS and I use my elliptical.....I bought a heart rate monitor and used it while doing the elliptical and for 30 mins I only burn about 200 calories....30 DS isn't nearly as intense so I am guessing I don't actually burn much doing it :(

They recommend you take them to a jeweler to have the battery changed...I think it costs about 9 dollars...plus if the seals get worn they can replace for you...No need to send them in. I have found that my weight changes because of sodium....I've gained 6 lbs in a week bc of it...so now I just watch carefully!
