I don't have any insurance or a doctor. So, no. :( I really want to go, though, but I'm kind of afraid they're going to tell me there is something dramatically wrong with my knees. :\ My mother and my grandmother have both had both knees replaced.

I know I need to see skinnier, more fit people around me at the gym. It motivates me to get my fat *kitten* going. I want to look like them. I want to see how they work out so I can impliment it into my routine so I can hopefully, at some point, be as fit as they are. I think it's a stupid idea. :\

I am having the same problem!! I am less than 10 lbs away from my goal weight, and I seem to be stuck. Maybe this is a bad idea, but it worked for me: I took a week off of dieting. I usually weight every morning, without clothes, after usual bathroom stuff. I only record what I weigh on Thursday's, though. I keep a chart on the back of my bathroom door so I am constantly reminded of which direction I need to go! :)
