i'm set as sedentary but i wouldn't count my cooking and cleaning. i DO log my grocery shopping as a walk because i'm walking around the store. and if hubby came along it's like 2 hours of walking around the store.

Thanks for the site with the calculators :) i used the body fat %, then using that the goal weight based on body fat and it totally matched what i already had my goals set as. :)

I'm with you! i wish mine would shrink, i'm blessed to lose all my weight in my midsection, but my chest stays. i'm at a 34E right now.

not so much out dated. a few years ago the BMI scale was updated... this happened and the so called obesity ep[idemic started... people didnt get any bigger over night previously healthy people were considered over weight and so on. they lowered the weight classifications. it's just a bunch of BS.

my BMI says i'm obese... i wear a size 7/9 juniors jeans... i'm not obese i just have a lot of muscle in my legs and but instead of fat.

lol a lot of people log their um... personal cardio as dancing... because the way your body moves is like dancing... but in my case i would "dance" atleast once a day sometimes more... so i count it as bonus.

i usually keep it shaved up but i always make sure i take a bath and shave before i go so its clean and i too hide my bra and undies in my clothes. that brings up another question tho, male or female dr? I have had both and i prefer male, they're gentle-er.

I have an ice cream weakness as well. and yesterday whilst everyone was eating giant ice cream sundae's i had angel food cake it wasn't too high in calories and would have been delicious with a little plain Greek yogurt ( strawberry flavor angel food cake)
