  • Hiya !! Yesterday I did the 1/2 hr chair workout from fitness blender.. Then we went to the state park and did a 55 min walk !! So pleased to be back walking, even slowly !! Hope everyone is doing well!!
  • I only got in 20 mins but it was better than nothing.. Did my table tear down job at seniors centre .. 20 x 6ft tables and 80chairs to stack .. U get a good sweat on!! Happy Weekend everyone !!

  • Happy to say I did the Fitness Blender Chair video (33 mins) + abs work out (20 mins) for a total of 53 mins!!!! Yay !!! Good work everyone !!!

  • Went to the Doctor .. I have torn the Ligament in my knee .. Anti -inflamatories, T3's, Ice it, Wrap it, Rest it.. Boo.. I am going to try and still do Something for excercise.. I'm so disappointed .. :sad:

  • Awesome Work Chicky!!! I have had rest days .. But I feel soooooo good because before New Years & this group I was lucky to get a 1/2 hr in every week AND I ate fast food at least every other day ... Been eating right AND excercising !!! So WIN / WIN !!!

Did 1/2 hr there then came home and finished off dancing in the garage for nearly 50mins!! So happy !! Love this group!!!

  • Awesome idea with the muffin pan .. would keep portions in check !!!! love it ! I do turkey /fat free swiss roll ups .. lay out the deli meat flat .. spread some hot mustard on it , then slap a fat free cheese slice in there and roll it up . .i make a few and keep them ready to grab in the fridge / cooler ..
