  • I just got my body media link.. it is a little bulky to me but who would not say that when you have to wear it pretty much all time time right!! I had it on for only MAYBE 3 hours yesterday (was only walking aroudn the house and out side picking up doggie "deposits!" in the yard) it told me that I burned over 1300 calories…
  • see right now I am having a coke... I have not had in (yeah cannot even remember the last time!) I am also scarfing down m&m's... crazy hungry today! I eat clean 99.999% of the time but sometimes it is ok to eat like crap in my book!!
  • I actually put some into a food processor to smooth it out with some italian seasoning, garlic and whatever else, then dot it around ontop of pizza like ricotta cheese before baking in the oven.. I have fooled people, they had NO IDEA that it was not ricotta cheese until I told them
  • I tried them just because I wanted to see what they tasted like, way too sweet for me...
  • exercise... I LOVE to beat the hell out of the heavy bag to the point where my hands are swollen if I am not wearing gloves...
  • I would say get a heart rate monitor... it is easier that way since calorie burn is different for everyone
  • I was a HUGE diet soda fan, I still have it every now and then but not like I did before (just never really liked the sweetness of regular soda) i have to have 2 packets of sweet and low in black tea, but I don't drink it often.. everything (coffee and green tea) is drank straight, no sweetness added, no milk...
  • sugar free jello and low fat cool whip are STILL a staple in my place... diet soda occasionally, candy every now and then... although I have noticed that milk chocolate does not taste as good to me anymore.. I do LOVE quest protein bars and power crunch bars :-) Not to mention my whey protein powder.. things I…
  • never saw anything but what is shown on the news, that is enough to make me gag... totally grosses me out
  • lol if you season them they are actually good.. I do them with stir fry veggies and tofu chunks..
  • don't know if I would bother with them... I personally want to know the protein/carb/fat that goes into my shakes.. but I guess if your short on time and feel like you NEED something (if your not able to make or bring something from home), then go for it
  • your muscles also retain water when they are repairing... Hell after one of the asylum dvd's my body told me that I gained 5 lbs... it will go away, no worries
  • vegan cheese is pretty tasty... they taste almost like normal cheese to me..
  • I am a air popped popcorn fan... just need a brown paper bag, kernels and a microwave... it is healthy and taste good.. I am not sure of your restrictions?
  • this weird weather is to blame... I had some weird sinus crap going on it would not leave for WEEKS!!! I had gotten hit hard with something on Friday, fever and headache went away by saturday morning thankfully... just left with the somewhat tired feeling, but it could be the way that I have been working out and getting up…
  • There are two HIIT dvd's in with my Les Mills Combat system... A LOT of fun and they really do make you sweat like a pig!! I would give HIIT workouts a try....
  • yeah think I logged my coffee when I first started keeping track of everything (kinda important when your trying to figure out what is triggering IBS stuff) I don't bother tracking coffee anymore... I drink between 1-5 cups a day.. depending on what I am doing that day... I am a "black, no sweetner" like the flavor of…
  • I worked there a while back, it seems that many people said the tops ran larger then the bottoms... I agree with other saying to get sized before ordering...
  • I am getting ready to do Les Mills Combat for the next 60 days, so I know what I will be eating tor the next week... after that I just stick to eating super clean (vegetables, low GI fruits, lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats)... people I work with always have chocolates and things like that at their desks... they…
  • I did something low impact on my legs like house work, playing with my dogs or riding my bike for a few hours... just NO JUMPING for me on my rest days from insanity or when I did the asylum... those two systems are wonderful but can be really rough on the knees, hips and ankles...
  • I run up steps on my lunch break, then walk the parking grage EVERYDAY when I am at work... I get up at 5 am to do a combat dvd, then 3-4 days a week I add in insanity or the asylum workout when I get home from work.. that works for me, my body lets me do that.. if I have a crappy day then I know to back off... all boils…
