Because I have a camp job, I do most of my yoga on my own in my room (I work at a refinery). I rotate through some of the Gaia yoga videos, and videos on MyYoga.com. When I do get home on my week off I try to get in to at least one Bikram class just for the feeling of support and for the mental cleanse I experience.

My mother used to use the size of my butt as a guide as to how big a turkey she should buy for whatever hoiday meal she was cooking.

Depending on what the day has been like, I'll grab Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon - Side 2", or Beethoven's "Emperor" Piano Concerto No.5, Op.73 - 1st Movement performed by Arthur Rubinstein. I turn Floyd down to just below a pleasant speaking volume, and it works quite well.
