  • Ok I'm usually shy but I will :blushing:
  • Welcome back...best wishes on your journey!
  • LOL...thanks for sharing, I never heard of this site but I'm anxious to see how hot I can look too
  • Swine flu can be very serious so please follow whatever orders the doctor put you on! I hope you feel better soon and definitely get well!!!!
  • MFP recommends me 1,200...I usually eat around 1,350 if its not an "over eater" day for me. If you are having trouble sticking to your 1,210 try to exercise and when you log in your exercise, your calorie intake will automatically increase...when I exercise MFP adds an extra 200 -300 calories depending on how much exercise…
  • Let me say I love your profile pic it deviates from the typical pic  Also thats great you found a new way to get in more hidden exercise...maybe I should try strolling around my block too (never thought about it but it can't hurt)...thanks for sharing!
  • Welcome and you're on the right site there's plenty of motivation and inspirational success stories....hopefully being involved in a positive environment will help give your will power a push...best wishes for much success!

  • Welcome ladies!!! This is a great site....the best advice I can offer is log everything you eat because it really opens your eyes to how many calories you are consuming. If you ever lose motivation just post on the board and you'll get tons of encouragement! I wish all of you much success here's to a new way of living life…

  • Congratualtions that's awesome I truly applaud your dedication to staying on your path and losing the weight :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
  • This week I would like to exercise my 5th ammendment and remain silent :embarassed: I have been too scared to get on the scale today bc I cheated and weighed myself Fri night and I had gained back 3 lbs    So I will weigh in next Monday but to be technical as of Fri I weighed 191.5 :grumble: I'm glad there's…
  • Congrats on being halfway to halfway...I know it must be a wonderful feeling...keep up the great job and determination :drinker:
  • Look on the bright side you quit smoking that's wonderful in itself! Welcome back and I wish you much success on reaching your goals.

  • Congrats that's great....definitely keep up the good work :drinker:
  • That really is a great transformation...I know that had to take a lot of determination & dedication so kudos & congrats :drinker:
  • Welcome back and I wish you much success this time on the wagon
  • I had this same issue with all 3 of mine...if you make the slightest move it counts it as a step :grumble: Jolinemm_07 no problem you're welcome, let me know if you find an accurate counter.
  • Funny but yea I do believe it :blushing: my insurance company State Farm 2 years ago was implementing a push for a "fitter" America and they gave out free pamphlets and step counters the 10,000 is suppose to equal almost 5 miles.
  • It's supposedly 10,000 steps a day...I had a step counter and it kept mis-counting so if you can accurately count that many steps, according to the hype you will lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.
  • When I work out I usually don't eat over 1,350 cals but that's just me bc I don't want to eat back all the calories I have burned. I love walk away the pounds (if you're talking about Leslie Sansone).....the only downfall is you have to do at least 3 miles though to really burn a decent amount of calories. Definitely do…
  • Wow it's a beautiful transformation...congrats on the 62 lb loss :drinker:
  • WOOOW...that is truly a great way of thinking/approaching your moments when you "overdue" it. When I fall off the wagon I go ahead and roll around in the dirt until the next day. Next time it happens (I'm positive it will) :grumble: I'm going to try your approach....thanx for sharing!
  • I'm glad to hear that you are getting back on track with eating, it's odd I'm your total opposite.....when I'm depressed I OVER eat and have no sense of when I'm full. Anyhoo I'm not looking forward to the weigh in either...I pray my extra 3 lbs is a glitch in the scale
  • I hope you have a fantabulous time on your trip (I'm guessing that's what "away" means)...I'm going to miss the spreadsheet but I probably didn't lose any this week (I over did it in New Orleans) :grumble: so no spreadsheet may be a good thing after all  Keyisha
  • Sorry to hear about your wreck however, it's great that you have re-established your determined attitude! You have come too far to go back now, 44 lb loss is awesome so just look at that number anytime you get discouraged! I sincerely wish you much success on your renewed journey
  • Lol this is cute I love it! It's sad but "some" of the answers kind of logically make sense :noway:
  • Did you say I don't have to exercise 6 days a week :noway: lol I'm jk I rarely do that anyway. Girl I am VERY proud of you :drinker: thanks for sharing your tips and keep up the great job I'm cheering you on now I just gotta do it myself!
  • Hey ladies I was in New Orleans for a week and a half with pleanty of good food & no free WiFi :grumble: but I'm still here on the team (haven't weighed myself or logged any food since last Wednesday though) but I will jump back in the loop on Monday! Keyisha
  • This will make me be even more accountable because other people can see what I'm eating (which is probably what I need)! I was out of town for a week but now that I'm back I'll start logging and make mine public too....thanks for the suggestion!
  • Short and to the point...great words of wisdom...thanks
  • Hi ladies! I would like to jump in this month my cut off time is usually 8pm but just in case I go over I'm saying 8:30pm....I rarely snack pass then so I think it's a do-able goal. Keyisha
