Yesss! Do only what you can at first. They have modified moves throughout. I started out with Turbo Jam and could barely get through the warm up. I added a bit on to each day and eventually I was able to do it all the way through. Maybe start with Turbo Jam to see if you like it (you can get it on Amazon for a good price).…

I did Turbo Jam before Turbo Fire and loved it. Im not much of a dancer but can follow her moves combination of dancing and kickboxing, I would say. My tolerance really picked up as i did more and more. You can find on amazon for reasonable prices too. Oh and burns tons of cals!

I really liked mine at first, but it only lasted about 6 months and started giving me crazy readings. I was always unsure about readings if they were correct. Im thinking of trying ebay or amazon for a polar. I was almost better off just using the mfp cals instead since that was working for me anyway.

Which Polar do you have, there were so many. I bought a cheepie and it worked for about 6 months, wont dothat again.

I made a dip, shredded a cucumber on a cheese grater and added a little garlic salt, was yummy! I also threw it put it on a whole wheat pita with some chicken and tomatos.

My husband makes it with Artichoke hearts, Love it and Im am not a fan of fish.

What is a good scale? I always have that problem. Sometime a 3-4 lb difference, and always different depending in where I set the thing on the floor.

I think they use Body Bugs, they have a wesite and those Im pretty sure they wear those all day.So is that excercize calories or total daily calories, I guess we even burn cals in our sleep.

No shred for 2 days and when i did it yesterday I had a hard time with the cardio, that will teach me to miss a few days.

Keep it up it really gets better. I cant believe I actually did like 5 push ups, not bad for not being able to do one. I think Im going to be level 1 for a while. HRM showed 250 calories again.

Im in, I started 3 days ago and took a day off. Ouch super sore! All better now ready to go! I burned around 230 cals on the HRM not bad.

WOW I have been running 2 min and walking 2 min for 30 min, 5K seems like a long way away for me, but I hope I could do it some day!
