I am not sure how it is supose to work, I have been working out for several months watching what I eat and the scale doesn't move the only way I see a difference is through pictures. Just did my measurements and not much of a change. I think it depends on your body type.

I use Chalean X I am on the Burn set, I took a break from P90x for two weeks to do Chalean, I am on day 36 with the eating clean and excercise plan.

I drink a protein shake after a hard workout and it does help recover faster.

Second week of Burn Circuit 2 for me, the bowlers lunge is a killer!! Today I walked by my mirror and I said thats not me. Today I finally saw a difference in my appearance, everyone else I know says they see a difference I haven't noticed. Today I did!!:drinker:
