I need one of those. I love going for bike rides but we don't have anything for our 27 month old. Thanks for posting!

My 2 year old does 30DS with me, his jumping jacks and push ups are adorable! When I ask him "Should Mama workout?" he says "Workout, Mama!" and ends each workout with "Bye Bye workout."

Thanks again everyone! I think I'll stop L1 early and begin L2. Worse case is I do the modified versions for a day or 2.

I know what you mean about some of the arm lifts. Maybe it's because it's the last strength workout, but I struggle a bit with the side lunges and shoulder raise.

Thanks everyone! Glad to know that I am not the only one who isn't feeling very sore after, and that you are still seeing results. Not sure I see results yet, but the hubby said he can see changes which I like. Can't wait to see them for myself. As far as weights, I think I'll move onto 10lbs weights (only have 5lb, 10lb,…

You weren't rambling, you were sharing an amazing success story! Something you are very much entitled to after what you have accomplished so far. Way to go proving your doctor wrong, and turning your health around! Keep it up!!!

I saw The Guess Who at a local festival when I was younger. If you don't count that, b/c they played often, Fall Out Boy before they became well known at a local Chicago venue. Just saw Iron Maiden & Alice Cooper last month.

I've started and stopped 30DS a few times, just b/c I wasn't 100% committed. This time around I am more committed and am on L1 D5. My only complaint is that I don't feel sore the next day, not even with the lunges and squats. Aside from that I like the workout, and am looking forward to moving onto L2 where I can hopefully…

I have replaced my "I want to be skinny" goal to "I want to be toned with lean sexy muscle" Not all women understand you can still be sexy with muscle, they just assume muscle is for men.

DONE! Thank God I drank a lot of water today so I was able to knock them out with each bathroom trip. Gonna do some barbell squats later when I do my actual workout.
-
Count me in! I've been doing more squats and lunges and have noticed a difference, in just 2 weeks.

The 1 Zumba class I took had 2 guys in it. One in his 20s and the other in his 50s. The guy in his 20s was a regular apparently and was great!

Challenge accepted!

Great job! You are looking great, keep it up!!! What is Power90?

Thanks! I also have 'The New Rules of Lifting for Women" but want to be sure I have enough to keep me from getting bored. I don't have access to machines, but a decent amount of weights at home.

I know what I'm doing for part of my workout today! Thanks for the schedule

I just Googled and it came up she is 5' 5"

WOW!! Are you also following the diet plan? Is that 36 days straight, or do you take breaks in between. If so, how many days do you go before a break? Sorry for all the questions. We have P90 at home and am working up motivation to start it, and I think your pix got me 98% there. Just need a little more info on what…

I am the same way and each Monday I tell myself that the upcoming weekend will be different, and that I will stay on track. Rarely happens which is so frustrating. Don't know why it is so dang difficult to treat the weekends like the weekdays and stay withing goals, or at least not binge.
-
fantastic job!! What exercises did you do?
-
Thanks! I'll have to look into that.
