I cut out alcohol during the week altogether when I used to have wine almost every night and now only let myself drink on Fridays/Saturdays. That lets me get my party on without blowing everything. I know I always get "alcohol bloat" for a couple of days after I drink. Your body retains water bad. I limit my drinking to just Fri & Sat now (I used to drink every night) and I have much better results.

I second this vote - I have one every morning. :) I use the pre-mixed ones in the little silver containers and I have found I *crave* them now each morning.

I have to walk (or otherwise workout) waaaaaay before bedtime. Its a stimulant to me and I am energized for hours after. after much observation of those interested (both male and female), skinny body - you can have a "butter face" but have a nice bod, and they could care less.... (however personally i like my girls with a little more curves and an accent, lol)

I get b-complex and b-12 vitamins from Wal-mart as part of my daily routine. Not sure how much they help with the weight loss, but they help keep my energy up throughout the day so I can keep going, even on low calories!

I am in the same boat today. Plus its rainy and gloomy out today so its just all blah. I just overdose on caffeine, that seems to make my mood improve if nothing else. *laugh* Tomorrow will be a better day. Chin up! :)

I love gyms that have TV's - they make time fly by for me. Either that, or I load tv shows or other vids on the ipod and set it where I can watch it on the machine. If my brain is busy paying attention to something else, I don't notice it nearly as much. :)

I take one measurement at my belly button that I call my waist measurement and then I take another measurement like an inch or maybe two below that that I call the Pooch measurement. The idea is to get the pooch measurement and the waist measurement as close to the same as possible, lol

check out some vegan cheese shreds - they are usually healthier and melted on stuff they are pretty ok. (to be honest, even though I am a vegetarian, I just loves me some whole-fat real cheese, lol - its my absolute weakness!)
