I moved home when I was 20, and right back out again when my step-dad said I was interfering with their sex life. Seriously, I was on the street in under a week. IT WORKS!

I love that message, it really helps me keep it all in perspective. I tend to want to see results faster than they are going to come, so it reminds me that I'm making progress, not magic.

One of the things I do is take high doses of vitamin B, that helps with the lack of energy and emotional issues. I just gained 3 pounds in the past two days for no eating/exercise reason, just TOM, bearing down on me!

Maybe we Americans don't like being told that we're all alike and we all eat crap. I hope that when you get to that perfect look, you be able to concentrate on your interpersonal skills a bit.

I hope your wife will start using an app like this one. The simple act of tracking calories is what made things start to move in the right direction. One of my girlfriends had tried several different things and she convinced me that a calorie app is the most effective. So far, I agree!

I see your pictures and think, wow, that's 220? I'm 5' 10" and have been 210 for a year, and no one believes my actual weight either. I'm wondering if 170 will even look good on me, since I already look it, don't you wonder too?
