I saw someone posted "to actually weigh what my driver's license says I weigh". I thought that was a cool goal to aim for until I then realized that as of 2 weeks ago I actually weigh 3lbs less than it says on my license! At my high point I was 45lbs more than it said :(

This too, great idea! Look for any foods that help absorb iron so that any of the iron that you are getting is being absorbed!

I have suffered with extremely low iron for years always 9 or less. I refuse to take the iron supplements because of the side effects, I tried and hated them. I have no issues\symptoms with my iron deficiency that I can notice, so my doc has given up even suggesting the supplements to me. He does however push an iron rich…

Considering last 2weeks I was on vacation, ate out a lot, worked out less, celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, hurt my back and worked out even less....I actually lost 1 lb this week, not what I wanted but slow and steady I'm losing ;)
