Mondays work for me, I usually weigh on Sundays, but can just record it on Monday for here :)

To lose 30lbs in 17 weeks we need an average of 1.8lbs a week. That is an agressive goal, but I am up for a challenge! I am going to just continue to set mini goals for myself to make it seem more reachable. My current mini goal is to lose 7more lbs, that will put me at my lowest weight of my adult life :smile:

Thank you for doing this Helen! I am very excited for round 3. This totally helps with motivation. I didn't quite make 10lbs on the other rounds (8.6 & 8.4) but I am pleased with what I did and plan on reaching that 10lb mark this round!!! We've got this :drinker:

Lost 1.2 this week for a total of 8.4 for round 2. Combined with round 1 total of 8.6 and I am down 17lbs since we starting this challenge with all of you awesome folks! Couldn't have done it some days without your support and encouragement, so thank you to all in this group :flowerforyou:

It's important that the neuro be supportive and proactive, so if your not happy or comfortable with that one, find another! My first neuro was so cold and unfeeling of what I needed when newly diagnosed that she was more of a problem than a solution. Found a new one and he was wonderful!

I have also been having a hard time staying on track this week. Only got to the gym 4 days instead of 6 and couldn't push myself as hard as I have in the past. I used to go back and forth between bike and treadmill, bike always burned more for me, but lately I have added an incline on the treadmill and that just upped the burn on the treadmill higher than the bike and I enjoy it more so that is what I do along with my weight\strength training.

Yes I had this in my left leg for months, then it went away, for the most part after 4-5 months of IV Solumed treatments. Now it does come back from time to time in less intense and shorter episodes, that are more of an annoyance and do not require meds.
