definitely. My job is very relaxed about the hours, so no one complains if I take a long lunch break and go for a run. I run a lot more now, I have a hard time waking up early or doing it after work, but doing it on my lunch break works really well for me.

It isn't in the calculation because it is considered a "medical condition" which they can't legally advise you on. But there are "food" entries that will add the calories instead of subtracting them for you. my current goal is 1850+ exercise. With my current situation I should lose about 1lb/week.

I don't think I would replace "real" vacuuming with it. But, a midweek floor spruce up while I am at work would be nice. Or do they all just stink too much for that?

I wouldn't say "fun", but interesting works. Time flies when I have sufficient work, drags when I don't. I have a pretty cushy job as well, so I am super lucky. I can easily workout on work time most weeks and have very little stress related to my job.
