The punishment has already been given. No worries. At least they can break them up and do them at their convenience. 50 isn't too bad :) I went in to Team Carl and read a couple of responses to our punishment, made me giggle :) hehe

I only did 30 (each arm) reps of bow and arrows tonight, and my arms were literally shaking after!! Those babies KILL!!!! I figure if I break it up into 5 days of 30, I should be golden! lol

DONE for this week and killed it! 275 cardio minutes 100 strength training minutes and definitely on track with calories! Also down 2 lbs. Woop woop! :) How's everyone else doing?!?

This week isn't going too bad for me! So far, I'm 3 workouts in for a total of 110 cardio minutes (35 of which are my combat-type minutes) and 30 minutes of strength training. 70 more cardio minutes to go, and 60 more strength training minutes to go.
