Well, I have to say that I have not walked at all this week. But, I have been doing Turbo Jam workouts every day for at least 1 hour. I'm trying to "confuse" my muscles a bit :laugh: ! I'm going to stick to walking on the weekends and workouts during the week and see how that goes. :flowerforyou:
