Go back to Month 1, it will still kick your butt, I assure you. Redoing month 2 won't do much good because your body would already be adapted to the exercises, that's why it would be best to start over from the beginning.

I have yet to find a chicken breast that weighs 4oz, honestly. Most of the ones I buy range anywhere from 6 - 7 oz each. The best way for you to know for sure would be to weigh them on a food scale.
