I never actually took measurements before (and I'm kicking myself for it) - but based on how everything fits and feels I know I've lost considerably inch-wise, but like you, the scale isn't moving. It's wicked frustrating, but know you're doing great and it'll happen soon enough!

My go-to snack when I'm crashing is a sliced apple with pb (not a lot maybe a tablespoon). The fiber and protein keep me full, and the natural sugars give me that extra surge of energy (and satisfy the sweet tooth!)

This^^ People are beginning to comment that I've lost so much weight (in reality only 6lbs). My main focus is adding strength, so I've lost a ton of inches, but very little weight. note: 6 pounds recently (11 over-all per the tracker :) )

The Luna Protein are YUMMY! 12 gram protein and only 170 Cal's for the Cookie dough kind. I keep one in my gym bag for a quick snack between or after workouts if i'm running short on time.

I live at my Zumba studio! I go 6 days a week (yes, I'm that crazy), as well a Barre 2 days a week. When I first started going, I lost about 15 pounds in 3 months just doing zumba.
