I know I have had this happen to me before! No idea why or how, I wish I remembered what I did. Seems like if you just work out and tone up it helps? This is just my theory, no science behind it or anything.

Its easier for myself to eat really clean 90% of the time. Less calories, more food for lunch, etc etc. I like having a lot to eat, so eating very clean makes more sense for someone who likes to have a huge lunch xD Cant gain weight from eating a huge bowl of veggies and greens!

I have Body Rev but I skipped to Phase 3 on account of doing 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 prior to it. I still use the Phase 2 and 3 workouts for strength circuits, and they are AWESOME! Im using another program currently as my "main" workout though. Good luck! Its a great program! I love JM!

I have no idea :( I use a Bodymedia Armband while I do it and I burn around 350 per workout. The only caveat I can give you is that the first month videos do not burn 800 calories (like some websites and some people suggest). Im curious though what people log it as on here!

Ive heard and read a lot of people say that month two is where the "magic" happens. If you google it there are a lot of people who say the first month they see and feel nothing different. I mean also if you literally dont see any results at all, it may be diet related?

I honestly think the best thing that has worked for me is the BodyMedia Armband. I don't know what I would've done without it.

I did not ;) I actually just ate my Own foods wich are mostly vegetarian and pretty clean. Although I eat a lot of protein anyway and cut down on my processed carbs.

Honestly I FELT results the first week, but every 10 days I took pictures and noticed small things changing. The biggest results I think were week 3. Week 3 for me really marked the physical change, and then week 4 was also pretty good. Physically, week 3 was the best. I remember being able to do the end drills really…

This is the first month results :) and yeah I start the second month in a week. They have a 5 day or so recovery period so once I do that then its onto month 2.
