You know whats weird? I did worse on some of them too! Either my counting was off or I was just TIRED. Its ok though because Im sure during the next fit test you do it will be stellar.

Yep definitely. This is what I have researched also! A lot of people seem to have this problem. Well I guess its not a problem at all..since inches are lost. Alrighty, then I will do as all of you suggested and keep going and just hope I see some good inches lost and continued imporvement!

Thanks! Yeah I read this article she wrote, but she said that should dissipate within 2 weeks, however, you are right with the Insanity thing. Seems to be a common concern among Insanity users. I guess I should! Im sorry I just did that whole "the scale says I didnt lose weight" thing! I know I know. Kinda crappy of me. These are my Day 1-20 of Insanity results: I mean...there is a difference. Just absolutely mind numbing to me that the scale says the same weight.

Man I wish I could tell you I was tall but Im not Im super short. Well, pretty short. 5'5". I started at 164 I think and would like to get to 130-140. So its REALLY muscle?? I have such a hard time believing that! I hope you are right! You look great btw in your picture!

I actually dont know how much weight I lost scale wise (I believe it was only a couple pounds or less) but I do know i did go from a 32 to a good 30 inch waist. I also noticed my arms were also smaller :)

Oh its ok, Im totally not either. As I said, Im not super into it, but I think changing up my routine from time to time was pretty cool!

I do both a day. Each video is bordering around 30-35 minutes, so I average about 60-75 minutes a day. Some days when Insanity has a rest day, Ill do Body Rev, or Ill just do Insanity, or I wont do either and will do a run instead, but I do try and fit an hour max every day if I can.

Absolutely. Actually most people who do these usually lose inches, then the pounds. I havent weighed myself yet so Im not sure what my loss is on the scale.

I have a Bodymedia Fit armband, and it says I have not yet broken through 350 cals doing Insanity. Ive heard the second month Insanity videos burn more, but I wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt a lot more than 350, or 300.

I also agree I dont think 1300 a day for someone who is 190 lbs is unhealthy. Honestly, I think that is the absolute lowest you should go, but I dont think its going to harm you. Im actually doing RI30 and started on level 2, and am doing about 9-10 days of each level, currently Im on day 8 of level 3. Im also doing it with INSANITY workout.
