Loving my Garmin Forerunner 610. GPS, HR, great little device.

Don't just fire the trainer. Disown them.

Stay - 2 for 1 !

Me! Surrey and wet!
-
Is suitably 'racked'.

You are eating just 1200 calories a day yet weight training? Plus a day job involving a lot of physical activity? You are not eating enough, or you are kidding yourself with your logging and in reality you eating more than you think.

Me. Over here! (Farnham, Surrey)

Hi there UK MFPers! I'm down here in Farnham, Surrey. I'm logging regularly and always looking for new inspirations and people to keep me honest !!
-
Hi, I'm Tris and also from the UK. Farnham in Surrey, to be exact. Feel free to add me up.
-
My ex. That's why she is my ex. (As you may have gathered, it wasn't a moderate amount of wine...)
-
I'm in Farnham which is hiding in Surrey. Generally keeping up with the logging and running tends to be my thing in terms of exercise. Feel free to add :-)
-
Just adding myself here. I'm active, diary is open, into running and stuff like that. I'm in Surrey. Go for it ;)

Let's start with the basics. Is this insertional or non-insertional achilles tendonitis?

Sadly, this is what I had to deal with in a previous relationship. Not just the act of drinking of course, but the behaviour associated with it. In its 'mildest' form, she would just get slurry and slow and fall asleep. But on nights out she would _always_ drink as much as possible until she needed rescuing, thus…

Just to slightly hijack this thread (apologies). Would those here also feel a bottle of wine (okay, more like 1.5 bottles) per night for one person is excessive / tending towards alcoholism?
-
Oh why not :)
-
Nope.
-
Don't think I can date an entire university. EDIT: Oops, off by one.
-
Thanks for being brave and sharing your story. I hope you are free of it all now -- you use the term 'ex' but it seems you only split up recently. Be careful not to get back with him, considering the history here! Welcome to the site and I hope it goes well :-)
-
Is that two photos spliced into one? :-)
-
Farnham, Surrey here. Feel free to add. Although include a little message so I know a bit about you :)
-
I'm more of a 'burst' runner due to the refereeing, rather than marathons, but consider yourself added ;-)
-
Farnham, Surrey here! Just saw this thread after posting my own. Feel free to add :-)
-
Doesn't have to be anyone serious -- I just like running! That's certainly not a requirement :-)

Layers!

This is a question that only your body can answer. How do you feel? If your body is feeling healed and your mind is saying 'RUN!' then that is a good indication. So, I would ask you: How do you feel?
-
Money that would be better spent on a decent HR monitor and using that when working out.
-
Yes, eat them back. I've been doing this and eating 2000-3000 calories per day as a result. And have lost, well, look at my profile! Just be careful not to over-estimate your calories burned.
-
2000 calories per day, boosted with extra due to exercise where appropriate. It's certainly working very well. 19 lbs lost in about a month and a half, I think.

If the word 'deprive' comes into it, there is something wrong with your healthy eating plan. You should never feel deprived of anything.
