For those of you on WW, the recipe calculator on WW shows that if it makes 7 servings, it would be 4 points a serving, which is not bad at all. I'll be making it.

LOL, this! Seriously, there are ways to cook fruits and veggies so that they are more flavorful and appealing. Also the more you eat them, the more you will get used to them and eventually like them. They are the staple of healthy eating.
