30 miles so far this month. A bit behind but last Saturday I couldn't motivate myself to run. Happens. Will make it hard it hit 124 🤷🏼♀️ This morning I've got a challenging 10+ miles planned. I need to get some vert so my route will give me 2k+. And tomorrow I'll do 6ish miles. Route not planned yet.

Weight was the same today as last week so at least no gain. I did go over cals like every day but I'm so hungry! I also realized I forgot to weigh in until after I had already had some coffee 🤣 Not a lot so probably didn't affect weigh in

@quilteryoyo I could be wrong but I think the symptoms fluctuation is normal. Pretty sure I've seen people say they felt great at first (hence asymptomatic spread being an issue) then after like a week they'd get symptoms, feel better, and then get it worse before getting better.

It's finally raining here. Now I need to remember what to wear for a run in the rain 🤣🤣🤣 It's been over a year since I've had rain during a run. We either get no rain or it coin the middle of the night while I'm sleeping & cannot enjoy it.

About a year & a half ago I realized my mother is a covert narcissist. I slowly stopped communicating with her & feel much happier and less anxious all the time. I realize where many of my issues & reactions to people stem from now.

@quilteryoyo it looks like viral load is a component of how "bad" you get covid, which is why wearing masks is important. It reduces the viral load drastically. Logged everything yesterday. Did yoga/meditation at lunch and 4 miles after work (2.2 with doggo so run, walk, run, sniff, sniff, sniff, poop, run)

She did go a little yesterday so feeling better. We have some butt treats (as we call them) we've been giving her. We do know about pumpkin. Our last dog had issues as he got older. We just haven't been to the store and I don't stop in for 1 thing these days.
