I was going to reccomend FrankBo25, he's results are amazing! Thanks for the link to June too, her transformation is fantastic too. I dropped 37 lbs with just cardio and diet, but now I'm onto P90X starting just a few days ago for my last 15 lbs... hopefully I'll have some decent B&A pics to put up here when I'm done.

I'm sorry but the grammar Nazi in me is screaming in agony... The title of your post should be "Curious about what you're doing" not "your" :) Anyway. On Xmas eve and Xmas day: Not logging, probably going over, yes to exercise. Every other day: logging, stating under, exercise.

I've always wanted to start a truly healthy and fresh fast food chain. Subway comes close but all that bread comes at a cost. One of my favorite things to do is just look for stuff on youtube... especially kettle bell work outs... seems like there are hundreds you can do with just 1 or 2 different $25 weights. (check a play it again sports for a cheap KB)

Thanks everyone... I already had my p90x today which was more resistance than cardio, perhaps I'll throw an extra hour of cardio in tonight too. Going to grab some bananas at lunch and keep the water flowin'

Yep. Like was previOusly mentioned. It's not so much the going over that hurts you. It's when you're not logging and not caring to pay attention that really gets you. Keep logging it and you will get back on track.

I cooked my own meals without eating out once for an entire month straight after not preparing one meal for myself in the past 2 years... now I do both in moderation. Oh and I lost 37 lbs!

It is my understanding that a higher level of ketones in your urine indicates burning fat a higher rate, is this not correct? If so, that would mean moderate would be better than low.

I agree. However with my job I need to be reachable at all times so I will be on the treadmill doing emails pretty much the whole time with my iPhone... I'm sure it looks funny but it sure passes the time :)
