Not done much until today, as away for easter and been ill a couple of days, but had PT this morning.

I rarely watch tv now, barely once a week for a couple of hours. Mostly only do when I'm at the gym and even then its just watching as I listen to my music.

Wow I hadn't logged in and read this, but this morning, I put a dress on shorter than normal (not silly short as for work) I wouldn't normally wear it because I feel fat and uncomfortable, but I thought what the hell today!

Roller skating wouldn't be good for my knee lol. We went bowling with work Tuesday night, only 2nd time I've been in my life, my arms got a work out lol

Hmmmm don't like cycling to be honest, I suffer the stat bike at the gym, and sometimes spin. I've always fancied Fencing and have found a local club, I might give it a go.

Very important, I injured mine by not paying enough attention to stretching.

Haven't done much recently have been working away and long hours. But Saturday 7th I done 11 miles, Sunday 8th I done 4 miles. Going to try and get in a routine now I'm back at home.

Trying to get a good schedule going, doing swimming on a Monday night, swimming Tuesday nights, I have 2 horses, one I have to do 7 days and 1 2 days a week, I have a Saturday job with horses now, 9 hrs of hard work! Plus I need to schedule in a couple of gym sessions a week. Sundays will be Yoga to work on my flexibility…
