  • Hello to the new ladies!! We are all in the same boat. RIGHT NOW is the time I want to eat. I just drank some tea and I am going to brush my teeth. Today is the 4th day I have stuck to NO eating over my calorie goal. It is very hard but if I can do 4 days I can do 4 more right! Happy Friday.

  • I would love to join this group. This is my BIGGEST problem. I usually save calories for a snack at night, but I am finding that this is a trigger and it may be best to cut off eating after dinner.

  • I also have PCOS and I am on the Pill. I have managed to lose 20 pounds 11 years ago and keep it off (for the most part) Right now I am trying to lose about 7 pounds to reach my goal.
