50 calorie string cheese, Choibani Bite yogurt (100 cals), Mini bag of microwave popcorn, Carrots and Hummus, 1 TBS peanutbutter on a 50 calorie wheat wrap, Protein bar, these are my usual snacks (obviously not all in one day LOL):smile:

Thanks Guys, all your responses helped. I think I have been exercising too much and not eating enough (around 1350-1388 cals per day). Usually when I have a Wayyy over day like yesterday I try to keep it low the next day, but today I am going to eat all my calories, not over and not under and hopefully it will resolve…

I just joined curves complete today tomorrow I am working with someone to go through the machines and the nutrition, I am nervous but happy to start something and learn!! :smile:

Wow I am very sure I could not have resisted that cake!! I can't have anything like that in my house. I did resist the urge to buy cookies for a lunch I am serving a friend tomorrow. I knew I would come home and rip into them, so I put them back and I am under calorie goal today and don't miss those cookies much now!!

Thanks I did it! I had a yogurt at 2:30 and just had some fresh cherries. I made it! No cravings now, getting ready to pick up daughter from day care and then I will start dinner. Funny how only TWO hours is so hard.

Same here, I work full time and have a three year old. I am lucky that I do work from home (though let me tell you there are CONS to this such as food is always accessible). But I can fit in exercise during the day so that is good. At the end of the day after my daughter goes to bed...I am TIRED!

One of those little cups of sugar free jello mixed with one of those little cups of Kozy Shack Tapioca pudding (sugar free kind) Mix it together...it sound gross but it is good, and you feel like you are eating alot!! Great! I am wearing an "old" but new to me pair of jeans today I took out of an old tote!!!!

I got mine at Walmart too. I use this along with "Ripped in 30" and "pink method" work out DVD's so I don't get bored. I am down 11 pounds but more importantly, my jeans are not tight!!

Had some watermelon I was cutting up after dinner but it was within my calories so I am counting tonight as a success. Just brushed my teeth,baby asleep and I am ready to relax with some TV!! Hope you are all having a successful night!!!:smile:

Hi Everyone, back from the weekend..and I indulged just a little too much, I will be tackling that after I tackle no snacking after dinner. For me I have has success 13 out of 14 days this month!
