I have Fibromyalgia and I know where you are coming from. If you are at the mercy of other people's eating habits maybe be aware of your portions sizes and try to eat more vegetables. Going to the gym 3-4 times a week is great! If you are getting discouraged by your scale why don't you start taking pics every month.…

Thank you. When I was at my heaviest I use to hide whenever there was a camera around. Now I take pics about once a month, because it helps me see those subtle changes in my body that my scale is not telling me about. :)

When I got my first black toe nail it really hurt for a couple of days, then the pain was gone. I didn't do anything to it except put a band aid on it when I went walking. Then the other day I looked down and the nail was gone, I didn't feel a thing.
