Thanks for your inputs. Currently I m motivated with the shred because of the timelines and able to finush firdt thing inmorning. Are there specific reasons to pick either alpha or gamma versions on T25?

Goal for today...,,,Will finish day 3/4 of shred level 2 and do some walking. Need to drink atleast 10 glasses.

Yes, it does. Trust me, when I started I never could run for 30 seconds, The day I ran for 3 minutes I cried out of joy. Running was and is my biggest fear. I started doing C25K, and it has been wonderful. From 5K, I ended up doing half marathons. Trust me, keep pushing yourself to either next signal or next lamp post and…

I am currently doing 30 day Shred, into Day 3 and also has been walking with my dog religiously and going on hikes often.

I lost the passion of exercise or running. Getting back in the grove. I am setting for 30 miles.

50 seems to be a magic number. I am also looking forward to achieve this. In the past I have lost 25 but gained back. But I hope to make the changes permanent. Trying to be more active tan the past on MFP. It would be great to have a support system for sure.

Last week, I hit 26.6 miles. I am aiming for 25 miles this week. Week #1: July 22- July 28th - Goal 25 - Week #2: July 29th - Aug 4th - Week #3: Aug 5th - Aug 11th - Week #4: Aug 12th - Aug 18th - Week #5: Aug 19th - Aug 25th - Week #6: Aug 26th - Sept 1st. -

SW: 202 CW: 182 GW: 175 Weigh in Dates: 7/1 :182 7/8 : 181.2 7/15: 183.6 7/22: 180.8 7/28 : I had been training for half marathon. Feel so happy about the progress. I hiked the delicate arch in 40 minutes and came down in 30 minutes and went for the double o arch in 2 hours 30 minutes. I feel this week effort is awesome.
