  • 5 hour power would probably be fine for you then. I only use Jack3d on my intense weight training days.
  • I've tried just about every pre-workout drink they offer at GNC. This is by far the best one I've ever tried. It really gets me amped up for a workout and gives me plenty of energy the entire workout. I just add a little bit of creatine to it and thats it.
