These are some good suggestions. Thanks everyone. I think the one that wouldn't work for me is to eat before I go -- usually that strategy would backfire. I try to find a balance between making sure I'm not starving when I go, and saving up a few extra calories in case I go over my day's calories. Tough one to balance…
