My new FAV is, diced chicken sauted in a Garlic, Siracha, soya sauce, touch of sweetner and water sauce) then you mix in your Zuchini noodles ( ie zuchini spiraled into noodles .. i use a veghetti ) for 3 min tops and sprinkle with seseme seeds.

Scrambled eggwhites and 3/4 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda mix brownsugar. Because thats how I do breakfast. :smiley:

I am doing it. Even though I have lifted for years, I am doing the beginner program. Its a little basic for me, but just the amount of butt and hammy exercises that are going on daily, I think basic is best at this point. Pintrest has some AWESOME HIIT programs for treadmill. My trainer has me doing 30 seconds HARD, to 1 min recovery for 30 min MAX.

I loved Lee Labrada's 12 week transformation program for lifting and cardio balance. Its on Bodybuilding.com. I personally would add anouther day of Weights and keep your cardio to 3 days a week, just do one of your cardio sessions post lift. I would also do some research on HIIT Cardio. Very effective.

last year I did my first learn to run class, finishing with a 5 km run. 1 year later, and 8 or so 5 km races under my belt ( all in the 36-37 min time) I am training for a 10 km run. Still my 5 km is about 33-36 minutes depending on the day. Your time and distance will improve if you want it to. Time and consistancy.
