Sunday did a 75km road cycling.I was totally exhausted.

I did 2 leg and upper arm weight sessions of 25 minutes this week.And cycled 26 km twice this week.

I have a Garmin Vivo smart Hr watch.It tell me when i have not moved for an hour to get up.It really help me a lot.Otherwise i will also just sit at my desk.

I got myself a specialized epic comp carbon.I just love my new bike.And i ride so much better.

I can ride 80+ cadence with by bicycle.Road and gravel with lots of hills.

Only one week to surgery. Can't wait to get rid of this constant pain.

I also do that sometimes.Log the food and not eat the full portion,or not eating any of it.Feeling very good about myself then :smiley:

i have a wrist fracture which will be fixed on the 15th October. And in the same operation a ganglion will be removed from my foot.Also 48,not recovering that fast anymore.I cycle for training and is worried i will be off too long.I do not want to start all over with my fitness. :( Currently wearing a wrist brace.

Cycling also.My husband have both bad knees.It gotten better with regular cycling.

i always thought i was small frame,is 1,53 tall and weigh between 55-56kg.My wrist is 6inches (15cm).That makes me a large.Then i am at my ideal weight already.

That would be very nice. Wish i could. Also do the support for the 2 guys in my family who is cycling competitive.
