I take a multi vitamin plus I also take extra D both required by MD and yes it has helped a lot and lab work shows the results as well as the way I feel. I do eat fairly well balanced meals and love fruits and veggies so its not to replace a poor diet either.

I do protein shakes a lot adding fruit and oatmeal sometimes as well as peanut butter. I love greek yogurt with berries and cereal. My protein shake mixes with anything from water to milk and tastes great and only has 145 calories and 30 grams of protein.

On medical charts I can go to around 100 but that isn't at all a safe goal for me I was very ill when I got that low. I end up on the higher end of weight 130-135 but BF is low for age 18% so this is where I am staying feel good and can participate in activities I love and healthy which is important.
